1. Marketplace & Dropshipping Model

Gold Next Door (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates an online marketplace and storefront connecting consumers with independent third-party vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers ("Vendors").

When you place an order on our platform, the item is sourced from, fulfilled by, or dropshipped directly from or on behalf of these independent Vendors. The Company is an intermediary platform facilitating transactions and product presentation; the Company is not the original manufacturer, crafter, or direct handler of the items unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

2. No Independent Testing, Inspection, or Assay Certification

The Company does not independently test, inspect, evaluate, assay, hallmark, verify, or audit products, materials, or claims provided by Vendors. Specifically, and without limitation, the Company makes no independent representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding:

• The exact metal composition, gold karat purity, weight, or plating thickness of any item.

• The authenticity, grading, or origin of any gemstones, diamonds, or materials.

• The presence or absence of trace elements, metals, or potential allergens (including, but not limited to, nickel, lead, cadmium, or brass base metals).

• Compliance of Vendor-supplied items with local manufacturing, safety, or trade standards.

All product details, specifications, images, and descriptions displayed on the platform are provided directly by or derived from information supplied by the respective Vendors.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gold Next Door, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Any reliance on product descriptions, metal purity statements, or material representations made by Vendors.

• Personal injury, allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or health issues resulting from contact with or wear of any product sold through the platform.

• Product defects, tarnish, breakage, discoloration, or failure of items.

• Intellectual property infringement claims arising from designs created or provided by third-party Vendors.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

4. Vendor Responsibility & Product Claims

All claims regarding product quality, material authenticity, manufacturing defects, or warranties are the sole responsibility of the respective third-party Vendor. In the event of a dispute, product failure, or claim regarding item authenticity or safety, you agree to look solely to the third-party Vendor or manufacturer for recourse or indemnification.
